Products are for personal consumption only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices and availability may change without notice.
We may refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Hungry Guru is not responsible for delays or failed
deliveries due to incorrect information. Any disputes will be governed under the laws of the UAE.
Privacy
We collect only the data necessary to process orders, deliver products and improve our service.
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; we never store credit card details.
We do not sell or rent customer data to third parties.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data anytime by contacting

Shipping
Orders are processed quickly and delivered next day across the UAE.
Delivery fees are 20 AED per order.
While most deliveries arrive next day, in some cases it may take longer due to courier capacity, customer
availability or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will receive a confirmation message once the order has been dispatched.
Hungry Guru is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, storage partners or circumstances beyond
our control.
Refund
Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered.
This policy exists to protect the highest standards of food safety and quality for all our customers.
Every pack of Hungry Guru crackers is carefully produced, checked and sealed before leaving our facility.
Once delivered, proper storage is the customer’s responsibility and we cannot take back products that have left our control.
If you ever receive the wrong item or your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us on the same day of delivery
at hello@hungry-guru.com and we will review the case.
Allergens and Ingredients
Hungry Guru crackers are made only with corn and sea salt. They are naturally gluten free, vegan, low fat and extremely crunchy.
We ensure high standards of production but Hungry Guru is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to individual allergies or intolerances.
